Delete your QuickieFix account

In the app (instant)

1. Open QuickieFix and go to Account (customers) or Profile (tradies).
2. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your profile and sign-in are removed immediately and you are logged out on all devices.

Email privacy@quickiefix.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We action requests within 5 working days.

What is deleted, what is kept

• Deleted: your profile (name, email, phone, addresses, business details, push tokens), saved properties you own, and your sign-in credentials.
• Kept (de-identified): completed-job billing records that tax law requires us to retain — these no longer link to your profile.
• Reviews you left for tradies remain, attributed to a first name only.

Deleting your account does not cancel obligations that already exist (e.g. unpaid platform fees for completed jobs, or payment owed to a tradie for completed work).
